Ander & Lindström AB (Inc.) A Swedish company founded and incorporated in 1991. We have offices in Stockholm and Washington D.C. We work mainly in Sweden and USA, but we also have had assignments in other European countries.
We work within the Human Resource and Management area. Ongoing projects and assignments are management and leadership development and support, speaking partnership to managers, boards and employees, organization and competence analysis, life and career planning, development program for external consultants and Future Search; a method for making large organizations and systems finding the ”common ground” for development.
All consultants have academical degrees and a long experience from working within organizations and companies.
Ander & Lindström certifies in the method The Four Rooms of Change in Sweden and worldwide. The Four Rooms of Change offers methods and tools for work with inidviduals, team, leaders and small to large companies and organizations.
