On March 30, 2012, Björn Borg AB (publ) announced that the company had issued a five-year, unsecured, bond loan of SEK 200 million. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond loan, Björn Borg has undertaken to apply for listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. In connection with listing of the bonds, Björn Borg has prepared a prospectus.

Boliden has launched a pilot study for a new expansion at the Aitik mine and is now also investigating a new copper mineralisation - Laver - in Norrbotten, Sweden. Preliminary estimates have classified the Laver deposit as an Exploration Result, and not - as yet - as a Mineral Resource. Read more.
Trelleborg has completed the divestment of its operation that produces high-technology protective products for professional users. Operations are mainly based in Sweden and Lithuania and were part of Trelleborg Engineered Systems. The buyer is Ansell Limited whose operational head office is in Red Bank, New Jersey, in the US. Alfa Laval - a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling - has won an order from a Korean engineering company to supply heat exchangers for a natural gas project in Saudi Arabia. Boliden's revenues for the first quarter totalled SEK 10,321 million (SEK 10,158 m). Metal prices were somewhat lower and volumes produced somewhat higher in comparison with the previous year. The Group's operating profit (excluding revaluation of process inventory) totalled SEK 1,217 million (SEK 1,500 m).

May 2, 2012 - A consortium of private equity funds led by Nordic Capital Funds V and VI ("Nordic Capital"), including DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (a Credit Suisse affiliate) and Avista Capital Partners, today announced a definitive agreement to sell Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. ("Fougera" or "the Company") to Sandoz, the generics division of Novartis, at a transaction value of USD 1,525 million on a debt and cash free basis. Read more.

Luxembourg, 2 May 2012 - Transcom WorldWide S.A. today announced that the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Disciplinary Committee ("the Committee") has announced a decision to impose a fine on Transcom amounting to three times the annual fee paid to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, corresponding to approximately EUR 65 thousand.
The Committee finds that Transcom has committed a breach of the disclosure rules in the Exchange's Rulebook for Issuers by not disclosing information in a timely manner about tax proceedings in Italy. [..] Read more.
