The last day of trade with the current ISIN is 1 February 2012. The first day of trade with the new ISIN is 2 February 2012. A supplement prospectus for the change of ISIN will be issued. As a consequence of the change of ISIN, the earlier announced partial repayment of debentures on 7 February 2012 (Proventus press release 9 January 2012) will be postponed to 21 February 2012.
