Redemption of bonds secured by the Danish government – ISIN code DK0030245394



In May 2010, The BANK of Greenland issued a secured debenture of Dkr
100,000,000 based on an individual guarantee from the Danish government.

On the basis of the robust liquidity and capital structure The BANK of
Greenland has decided to prematurely redeem the loan. Redemption will take
place on 28 February 2012.

Hereinafter, the BANK of Greenland has no bonds based on guarantee from the
Danish government.
